A trip up Hurricane Mesa, close ot where the ejection seat testing area is. The hike along the cliff was great, except later on in the day, some tiny biting bugs came out.

The mueseum was in a state of turmoil, old exhibits torn down, new ones not yet set up. All in the direction of political correctness over historical accuracy, was my impression.


We did a hike up Sand Canyon. Very isolated, lots of ruins, very pretty, but I wished we had started earlier, it got pretty hot. But then we saw people starting out just as we were finishing - I don't envy them!

In Telluride, riding the gondolaTelluride has many very beautifully redone old homes. Super expensive though.
